We will not inundate you with endless or useless emails. We have no interest in wasting your or our time. We will, as it says above.. send you product and price specific monthly emails only. If there are NO changes, we won't bother you with it.

We respect your privacy and we promise to NOT share your information with anyone outside of Kramer Electronics Canada.

When you click on the Register Link you will then be requested to complete a short online form which should take you less than a minute to complete. You choose your Personal Password on the online registration form and then just "Submit" your application. We do not request any personal or, any type of sensitive information on the short online and secure form.

You will promptly (typically within a minute) receive an automatically generated email from our server which will then only confirm that your entered email address is correct. We do this so that others cannot use your email address without authorization from you. When you receive this confirmation email, you then click on the embedded link which in turn will, let us know "you are who you say you are".

You will then receive your specific Kramer Electronics and Sierra Video Systems product discount levels, the Suggested Selling Price and your Cost Pricing in an MS Excel file. You will only then be added to our customer database. We try and process this information as quickly as possible and we generally respond within a 24 Hour time frame.
